What is the purpose and the legal basis for the processing of your personal data by japanstore.pl?

The administrator collects data for specified, legitimate and explicit purposes, they have been processed in accordance with the law and they are not being processed, if this procedure is contradictory to these purposes. How long do we keep your personal data?

The data will be processed for marketing purposes until you withdraw your consent for processing. As far as electronic services related to the usage of our websites are concerned, your data will be processed for the period in which these services will be provided and, in justified cases, after completion, but only if it is allowed or required in accordance with applicable law, e.g. for statistical, accounting or claims pursuing purposes. In this case, the data will be processed only for the time period necessary to conduct the purposes mentioned above. In terms of matching the websites content with your interests, as well as detecting bots, misuse, as well as statistical measurements or improving the service, Your data will be processed for these purposes until you express your objection or until you end using services offered by our websites. Your personal data from cookies files will not be automatically processed or send outside the Republic of Poland.

What are your rights to japanstore.pl in terms of data processing?

You have the right to access your data, to correct or delete them („The Right To Be Forgotten”), to limit processing, to transfer data as well as to object to the data processing. Who can have the access to your personal data?

Given data are transferred to the Seller (a party of a contract concluded through japanstore.pl platform) and parties supporting us in providing electronic services, that is, which provide services hosting, payment, credit, cooperate as part of marketing campaigns: newsletter (subscription agreement is needed). These entities are obliged to secure your data properly. Due to the need to prevent Internet robots from performing certain actions on japanstore.pl, we use reCAPTCHA - Google mechanism/while sending messages to us through the „contact us” site: https://japanstore.pl/pl/contact-us/ to check if users’ behaviour is similar to that of robots. In such a situation, we may disclose your IP address to Google LLC.

Do we send your data to countries outside the European Economic Area?

We would like to inform you that for the contract purposes (processing your order), your data from the order form will be send to the Seller, but only once- in accordance with art. 49 par. 1 let. b) GDPR. Then your data will be used only once by the Japanese post office. The Seller abides strict personal data security policy. In addition, the Seller will not transfer them without your consent or as a result of the law provisions. Your personal data from cookies will not be automatically processed or transferred outside of the Republic of Poland.

How long do you have to wait for an answer from PDA??

The administrator is obliged to respond to the requests of a person (whose personal data are a matter of concern), without undue delay - within one month, and if he/she does not intend to meet such a request – reasons should be given. If it is necessary, this period can be extended by another two months. Based on Article 12 paragraph 5 of GDPR, though the above mentioned activities of the Administrator are generally free of charge, if the demands are clearly irrational or excessive, in particular due to its constant nature, the Administrator, for this reason, may (i) charge an appropriate fee, including administrative costs of providing information, communication or taking appropriate actions or (ii) refuse to take any action in connection with the request. Remember, before executing your rights, we will have to make sure that you are the right person, we need to identify and verify you.
