How can I place an order?

Don't worry, it's very easy! Follow the instructions below to quickly place your order.

  1. If this is your first order, please create account a Japanstore shop. If you already have an account log in with your email and password.
  2. Add the products of your choice to your shopping cart.
  3. After choosing your products you can see them in your shopping cart. There you can change the quantity of your products or remove them if necessary.
  4. If you have a promotional code, you can enter it in the "Vouchers" field. Do not forget to press "OK". The discount will be automatically deducted from your total order amount.
  5. Select your delivery method.
  6. NOTE: Remember to check the delivery address before you confirm your order.
  7. Finalize your order by choosing PayPal payment method. Your order has been accepted. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

How do I return a product?

Not satisfied with your purchase? You can easily exchange or return your product at Japanstore, for 14 days after receiving your order.

NOTES:

- Returned product must be intact, in original packaging, with accessories and instructions.

- Product may be returned by following the instructions below.

- Orders may be returned by mail only.

Return Instructions:

1. Prepare the product to be returned (full-value, re-sellable): make sure it is properly packaged so that it is protected during shipping, preferably in its original packaging, along with any gifts and samples included.

2. Complete and print the sample return form as below (this statement should only be completed and returned if you wish to cancel the contract, you fill in the details in the square boxes) and slip it in with the product.
