How to use MTG ReFa HYDRA CLEAR:

  1. Skin preparation:
    • Thoroughly remove makeup and wash your face.
    • Use the device on clean skin before applying toner, serum, or cream.
    • For better results, warm the skin with a warm towel or use a facial steamer.
  2. Filling the tank:
    • Remove the water tank and fill it with lukewarm water at 30–40°C to approximately 90% capacity.
    • Do not use liquids other than clean water.
  3. Assembling the tip:
    • Attach the appropriate tip. adapted to the selected facial area,
    • The tips can be easily replaced by turning the mechanism.
  4. Turning on the device:
    • Hold the power button for approximately 1 second,
    • Select the suction level using the Level button,
    • For first use, it is recommended to start with level 1.
  5. Cleansing the skin:
    • Wait until water starts flowing from the tip,
    • Gently place the tip on the skin and remove it with a light wrist movement,
    The device can be used on: the nose area, forehead, cheeks, and chin. Do not press the device firmly or hold it in one place for too long.
  6. Time and frequency of use:
    • Recommended time per session: approximately 3 minutes,
    • Right side of the nose: 30 seconds,
    • Left side of the nose: 30 seconds,
    • Forehead, cheeks, and chin: approximately 2 minutes.
    Recommended frequency: 1–2 times a week with at least a 3-day break between treatments.
  7. After use:
    • Wipe your face dry and apply moisturizer,
    • Empty the water tank and thoroughly clean the tip and container after each use.

The Japanese market is very dynamic and if for some reason a product is not available, you will be informed within 24 hours of ordering.

How can I place an order?

Don't worry, it's very easy! Follow the instructions below to quickly place your order.

  1. If this is your first order, please create account a Japanstore shop. If you already have an account log in with your email and password.
  2. Add the products of your choice to your shopping cart.
  3. After choosing your products you can see them in your shopping cart. There you can change the quantity of your products or remove them if necessary.
  4. If you have a promotional code, you can enter it in the "Vouchers" field. Do not forget to press "OK". The discount will be automatically deducted from your total order amount.
  5. Select your delivery method.
  6. NOTE: Remember to check the delivery address before you confirm your order.
  7. Finalize your order by choosing PayPal payment method. Your order has been accepted. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

At the ordering stage, you will be given the option to choose a delivery method. The currently offered delivery methods are: Economy Mail (economy letter - Japan Post), Air Mail (registered letter - Japan Post), EMS (courier service - Japan Post) and SEA Shipping (sea parcel - Japan Post).

How do I create a wish list?
