Shiseido Professional Crystallizing Straight is an innovative new technique developed by Shiseido Professional in Japan to make frizzy, curly or wavy hair to be completely straight while preserving the health of hair. Typically improves hair’s feel, softness and shine while making it more manageable. Shiseido Professional Crystallizing Straight (New release in blue & white packaging) is for fine or tinted hair. It makes your hair smooth, shiny and silky straight. This two-step straight permanent system contains a straightener and neutralizer, which is a permanent solution that is used with a hot straightening iron.

Direction of use: Shampoo your hair and dry your hair thoroughly
1. N1 Straightener (400g):
- Except for the roots, coat the entire hair evenly, and let it set at room temperature for 10 to 20 minutes.
- Then, after sufficiently plain rinsing, dry the hair and set it with a special iron at 180.c/ 356.f or less for 2 seconds per location to straighten the hair.
- When applying N1 Straightener, keep it 1 to 2 cm above the roots, as getting it on the scalp could cause irritation and hair for breakage.
- Use an intermediate plain rinse to completely wash away N1 Straightener. Especially wash the roots carefully.
2. 2 Neutralizer (400g):
- Coat the entire hair and leave it for 2 to 3 minutes while coming lightly. Then, completely wash it away.
- Completely process 2 Neutralizer.
- If the neutralization is not complete, it could cause damage or hair for breakage, so coat the hair sufficiently from the roots to the tip of the hair to make sure neutralization is complete.

We keep our store inventory up to date, and we try to avoid the situation where you buy a product that we don't have in stock.
The Japanese market is very dynamic and if for some reason a product is not available, you will be informed within 24 hours of ordering.

How can I place an order?
Don't worry, it's very easy! Follow the instructions below to quickly place your order.
- If this is your first order, please create account a Japanstore shop. If you already have an account log in with your email and password.
- Add the products of your choice to your shopping cart.
- After choosing your products you can see them in your shopping cart. There you can change the quantity of your products or remove them if necessary.
- If you have a promotional code, you can enter it in the "Vouchers" field. Do not forget to press "OK". The discount will be automatically deducted from your total order amount.
- Select your delivery method.
- NOTE: Remember to check the delivery address before you confirm your order.
- Finalize your order by choosing PayPal payment method. Your order has been accepted. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

How can I choose the delivery method?
At the ordering stage, you will be given the option to choose a delivery method. The currently offered delivery methods are: Economy Mail (economy letter - Japan Post), Air Mail (registered letter - Japan Post), EMS (courier service - Japan Post) and SEA Shipping (sea parcel - Japan Post).
NOTE: Be sure to check the delivery address before you approve.

How do I add gift packaging to my order?

- Products from one order cannot be packaged separately.
- Gift packaging is not provided for oversized products (not suitable for any of the available packaging formats).

How do I create a wish list?
