EXCELLAGE Cleansing Balm is a cleansing makeup removal balm with moisturizing and skin-renewing effects from House of Rose. Discover the luxurious cleansing ritual of the EXCELLAGE series from House of Rose – a skincare line created for mature skin in need of radiance, firmness, and deep nourishment. This series supports the concept of "active aging," a care that allows you to enjoy beautiful skin at every stage of life, restoring its natural freshness and elasticity.

This unique cleansing balm with a rich, silky texture gently dissolves makeup, sebum, and impurities while caring for the skin like a nourishing cream. Upon contact, the balm transforms into a smooth oil that thoroughly cleanses pores and restores the complexion's softness and radiance. The formula has been enriched with luxurious active ingredients, such as:

  • Damask Rose Callus Extract – supports skin regeneration and gives it elasticity,
  • Narisgen® (Carboxymethyl Phenyl Aminocarboxypropyl Phosphonic Acid Methyl) – an innovative ingredient that improves skin firmness and elasticity,
  • Lemon balm extract, lotus flower extract, and resveratrol – have antioxidant properties, smoothing, and protecting against signs of aging,
  • Sodium hyaluronate and polysaccharides from the Tremella mushroom (Tremella Fuciformis) – provide deep and long-lasting hydration.

The natural aroma of Damask Rose, Geranium, Palmarosa, and Chamomile essential oils envelops the skin with a subtle, A relaxing scent that turns daily cleansing into a sensual ritual.

Product Features:

  • No synthetic fragrance (contains only natural essential oils),
  • No dyes, mineral oils, parabens, or alcohol (ethanol),
  • Delicate, non-comedogenic formula,
  • Suitable for all skin types, including dry and sensitive skin, leaves skin smooth, soft, and radiant, without a feeling of tightness.

How to use: Apply a small amount of balm (approximately the size of a cherry) to dry skin and gently massage in with dry hands until the balm dissolves makeup and impurities. Then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm or room temperature water.

We keep our store inventory up to date, and we try to avoid the situation where you buy a product that we don't have in stock.

The Japanese market is very dynamic and if for some reason a product is not available, you will be informed within 24 hours of ordering.

How can I place an order?

Don't worry, it's very easy! Follow the instructions below to quickly place your order.

  1. If this is your first order, please create account a Japanstore shop. If you already have an account log in with your email and password.
  2. Add the products of your choice to your shopping cart.
  3. After choosing your products you can see them in your shopping cart. There you can change the quantity of your products or remove them if necessary.
  4. If you have a promotional code, you can enter it in the "Vouchers" field. Do not forget to press "OK". The discount will be automatically deducted from your total order amount.
  5. Select your delivery method.
  6. NOTE: Remember to check the delivery address before you confirm your order.
  7. Finalize your order by choosing PayPal payment method. Your order has been accepted. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

At the ordering stage, you will be given the option to choose a delivery method. The currently offered delivery methods are: Economy Mail (economy letter - Japan Post), Air Mail (registered letter - Japan Post), EMS (courier service - Japan Post) and SEA Shipping (sea parcel - Japan Post).

NOTE: Be sure to check the delivery address before you approve.
