V Gold 40 Contact Lenses are eye drops for contact lens wearers from the Japanese company Rohto. Rohto V Gold 40 Contact is a version of the classic Gold 40 drops, developed with contact lens wearers in mind. The product is gentler, providing relief to tired, irritated, or strained eyes, while maintaining the comfort of lens wear.

Benefits and indications:

  • Suitable for use with contact lenses—the "Contact" version has been adapted to minimize irritation associated with lens ↔ cornea friction.
  • Relieves eye fatigue—when reading for long periods, working on screens, or using your eyes intensively.
  • Reduces redness, itching, and conjunctival tension.
  • Helps reduce blurring and blurriness caused by excessive eye strain.
  • A gentle formula designed to provide comfort for users with sensitive eyes or those wearing lenses.

Active ingredients and their effects. The drops contain several active compounds that offer comprehensive eye support:

  • Taurine — supports eye cell metabolism and tissue regeneration,
  • Neostigmine methylsulfate — supports visual acuity mechanisms (accommodation),
  • D-α-tocopherol (vitamin E) — antioxidant, supports conjunctival microcirculation, vitamin B6 — supports metabolic processes in eye tissues,
  • Potassium L-Aspartate — supports cellular respiration and metabolic functions of eye cells,
  • Chlorpheniramine maleate — antihistamine effects, soothing itching and redness.

Additionally, it contains auxiliary ingredients such as a pH buffer and preservatives (e.g., benzalkyne chloride), which regulate the solution for proper eye tolerance.

Active substances: Taurine 1%, Neostigmine methyl sulfate 0.005%, d-α-Tocopherol acetate (natural vitamin E) 0.03%, Vitamin B6 0.05%, Sodium chondroitin sulfate ester 0.5%, Chlorpheniramine maleate 0.02%.

Additives: Boric acid, Sodium chloride, Polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, Borax, Potassium chloride, Povidone, Polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene glycol, Disodium edetate (EDTA Na), l-Menthol, d-Camphor, d-Borneol, Glucose, Polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride, pH adjuster.

Capacity: 20ml.

Instructions for use:

  1. Before use, carefully read the product leaflet (manufacturer's instructions).
  2. Make sure your hands are clean.
  3. Insert 1–3 drops into each eye, up to 5–6 times a day, preferably after slightly tilting your head and pulling the lower eyelid down.
  4. Blink a few times to evenly distribute the drops over the corneal surface.
  5. Contact lenses: the drops can be used while wearing contact lenses ("Contact" version) - in the "Contact" version, be careful not to use with colored or decorative lenses if the manufacturer prohibits it.

Contraindications:

  • Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient. Do not touch the eye with the tip of the bottle.
  • If symptoms (burning, redness, pain, blurred vision) worsen or persist for more than 48 hours, discontinue use and consult an ophthalmologist.
  • Do not exceed the maximum daily dose.

Precautions:

1. The following people should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

(1) People currently being treated by a doctor.

(2) People who have previously experienced allergic reactions to drops, etc.

(3) People with the following symptoms: severe eye pain.

(4) People diagnosed with: glaucoma.

2. If the following symptoms occur after using the drops, these may be side effects, so discontinue use immediately and consult your doctor or pharmacist, reading the leaflet carefully.

  • Skin: rash, redness, itching.
  • Eyes: redness, itching, swelling, stinging pain.

3. Discontinue use and consult your doctor or pharmacist, referring to the enclosed leaflet, if the following symptoms occur:

(1) Blurred vision persists.

(2) Symptoms do not improve after 5-6 days of use.

Notes:

(1) Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Store in a cool place, out of direct sunlight.

(2) To maintain quality, do not store in high temperature places (above 40°C), such as inside a car or near a radiator.

(3) After use, close the cap tightly and store away from fluorescent light.

(4) Do not transfer to another container. (This may lead to misuse or deterioration of quality.)

(5) Do not share with other people.

(6) Do not use the product after the expiration date (printed on the outer packaging). Even if the expiration date has not yet passed, after opening, follow the storage and handling instructions and use it within 1-2 months.

(7) Depending on storage conditions, crystals from the ingredients may form on the tip of the container or inside the cap. If this happens, gently wipe them with clean gauze or similar material before use.

(8) Do not use the container with anything other than its contents.

The Japanese market is very dynamic and if for some reason a product is not available, you will be informed within 24 hours of ordering.

How can I place an order?

Don't worry, it's very easy! Follow the instructions below to quickly place your order.

  1. If this is your first order, please create account a Japanstore shop. If you already have an account log in with your email and password.
  2. Add the products of your choice to your shopping cart.
  3. After choosing your products you can see them in your shopping cart. There you can change the quantity of your products or remove them if necessary.
  4. If you have a promotional code, you can enter it in the "Vouchers" field. Do not forget to press "OK". The discount will be automatically deducted from your total order amount.
  5. Select your delivery method.
  6. NOTE: Remember to check the delivery address before you confirm your order.
  7. Finalize your order by choosing PayPal payment method. Your order has been accepted. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
