Quality 1st The Derma Sensitive Mask is a gentle, soothing sheet mask created specifically for sensitive skin, prone to irritation and dryness. The product aims to strengthen the skin's protective barrier, deeply moisturize, and soothe irritations, leaving the complexion soft, smooth, and well-cared for.

Key features and effects:

  • Soothing and calming extracts: contains, among others, Aloe, Centella Asiatica extract (enhanced with “CICA”), licorice root, and chamomile and green tea extracts—helps reduce redness, itching, and irritation.
  • Skin barrier strengthening: a ceramide complex (EOP, NG, NP, AG, AP + glucosylceramides) rebuilds the skin’s natural lipid barrier, protecting against moisture loss and irritants.
  • Deep hydration and nourishment: contains, among others, Hyaluronic acid, proteoglycans, betaine, amino acids, and fermentation filters (e.g., Galactomyces ferment) moisturize, smooth, and improve skin elasticity. Sensitive skin-friendly formula: free from alcohol, artificial colors, and unnecessary irritating additives—low risk of irritation, making it suitable even for sensitive skin. Convenient and quick care: the sheet adheres well to the skin, and the essence penetrates deeply, allowing for effective care in just 3–10 minutes. It's a comfortable mask even on busy days.

How to use:

  1. Cleanse and dry your face.
  2. Remove the mask from the packaging and unfold it — aligning the openings with your eyes, nose, and mouth.
  3. Apply to your face and leave the mask on. Approx. 3–10 minutes (depending on your skin's needs).
  4. Remove the sheet and gently pat the remaining essence into your skin—do not rinse.
  5. You can use a cream or emulsion on top if you want to enhance the moisturizing/protective effect.

We keep our store inventory up to date, and we try to avoid the situation where you buy a product that we don't have in stock.

The Japanese market is very dynamic and if for some reason a product is not available, you will be informed within 24 hours of ordering.

How can I place an order?

Don't worry, it's very easy! Follow the instructions below to quickly place your order.

  1. If this is your first order, please create account a Japanstore shop. If you already have an account log in with your email and password.
  2. Add the products of your choice to your shopping cart.
  3. After choosing your products you can see them in your shopping cart. There you can change the quantity of your products or remove them if necessary.
  4. If you have a promotional code, you can enter it in the "Vouchers" field. Do not forget to press "OK". The discount will be automatically deducted from your total order amount.
  5. Select your delivery method.
  6. NOTE: Remember to check the delivery address before you confirm your order.
  7. Finalize your order by choosing PayPal payment method. Your order has been accepted. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

How can I choose the delivery method?

At the ordering stage, you will be given the option to choose a delivery method. The currently offered delivery methods are: Economy Mail (economy letter - Japan Post), Air Mail (registered letter - Japan Post), EMS (courier service - Japan Post) and SEA Shipping (sea parcel - Japan Post).

NOTE: Be sure to check the delivery address before you approve.

Adding a product to your favorites is very easy! Click on the small heart on the right side of the product. It will automatically be added to your list.

To view your favorites list, click on the little heart located in the upper right corner of www.japanstore.pl! This tab allows you to conveniently find all the products you've enjoyed! You can also access this list under "My Wishlists"; in your Japanstore account.
