How do I return a product?
Not satisfied with your purchase? You can easily exchange or return your product at Japanstore, for 14 days after receiving your order.
NOTES:
- Returned product must be intact, in original packaging, with accessories and instructions.
- Product may be returned by following the instructions below.
- Orders may be returned by mail only.
Return Instructions:
1. Prepare the product to be returned (full-value, re-sellable): make sure it is properly packaged so that it is protected during shipping, preferably in its original packaging, along with any gifts and samples included.
2. Complete and print the sample return form as below (this statement should only be completed and returned if you wish to cancel the contract, you fill in the details in the square boxes) and slip it in with the product.

3. Send the return shipment to:

4. Once Japanstore has received your parcel: the product is checked and if it meets the conditions for return, we will refund you according to your original payment method.

I returned the product and still have not received a refund. Is this normal?
No worries! We will refund you once we receive your order in our warehouse.
NOTE: Delivery time may be slightly longer during the holiday season.

What are the deadlines and refund methods?
Upon receipt of the products, a refund will be issued within 14 business days.
Return of order paid by credit card.
The amount of the order paid by credit card will be credited back to your bank account.
Refund of an order paid via PayPal account.
The amount of the order paid through your PayPal account will be credited back to your PayPal account.
