To which countries do we send orders?

We ship worldwide. If you want to order e.g. to the UK, select such country in the order, you will see the option of international delivery.

What are the delivery times?

You can choose the form of delivery at the ordering stage. Japanstore currently offers delivery by: Economy regular mail from Japan Post, AIRMAIL registered mail from Japan Post, EMS courier service from Japan Post, and Sea mail from Japan Post.

- AIRMAIL /Japan Post/ shipments have a tracking number, are insured, and arrive within 10-14* business days.

- EMS /Japan Post/ shipments have a tracking number, are insured, and arrive within 7-10* business days.

- Economy /Japan Post/ shipments arrive within 21-40* business days. Economy shipments do not have tracking number and are not insured.

- Sea Shipment /Japan Post/ have a tracking number, are insured and arrive within 2-3* months.

NOTES: *Please note that the stated delivery time of your order is an estimate, as many factors may reduce or increase it. It may be extended in case of customs control, holiday season or other reasons (force majeure) beyond our control.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order on Japanstore under "Order History". Go to "Details" and find the link or shipping number.

Click on this number to track the shipment of your order from its shipment by Japanstore.

Once clicked, you will be redirected to the Japan Post website.

Will I be refunded if my package goes missing?

We refund the full amount only if you choose the shipment with the option: Air Mail, EMS or SEA. Unfortunately, we will not refund your money in the event of a lost shipment sent via the Economy option.

I was not present when the courier delivered my order. Where is my order?

If you are not present, you can find all the information about your package:

- after reviewing the waybill,

- by logging into your Japanstore.pl account,

- by going to your domestic mail carrier's website.

If you have any questions, you can contact Japanstore Customer Service: https://japanstore.pl/en/contact-us, where our customer service agents are available to assist you.

NOTE: If your package is not received within 14 days from the carrier, your order will be returned to Japan.

Just send us an e-mail with the damage/discrepancy report that was written down when you picked up the package from the carrier.
