How can I place an order?

Don't worry, it's very easy! Follow the instructions below to quickly place your order.

  1. If this is your first order, please create account a Japanstore shop. If you already have an account log in with your email and password.
  2. Add the products of your choice to your shopping cart.
  3. After choosing your products you can see them in your shopping cart. There you can change the quantity of your products or remove them if necessary.
  4. If you have a promotional code, you can enter it in the "Vouchers" field. Do not forget to press "OK". The discount will be automatically deducted from your total order amount.
  5. Select your delivery method.
  6. NOTE: Remember to check the delivery address before you confirm your order.
  7. Finalize your order by choosing PayPal payment method. Your order has been accepted. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Where do I enter my Promo Code?

Once you have selected your products, you can conveniently take advantage of promotional offers!

  1. Go to your shopping cart.
  2. Enter your promo code in the "Vouchers" box.
  3. Click on "OK".

NOTE: If the Promo Code you entered is not applicable, please verify that your code has the correct expiration date, and that it was entered correctly.

If you do not see the "Vouchers" field, clear your browser's "cookies".

How can I choose the delivery method?

At the ordering stage, you will be given the option to choose a delivery method. The currently offered delivery methods are: Economy Mail (economy letter - Japan Post), Air Mail (registered letter - Japan Post), EMS (courier service - Japan Post) and SEA Shipping (sea parcel - Japan Post).

NOTE: Be sure to check the delivery address before you approve.

How do I add gift packaging to my order?

Just email us at biuro@japanstore.pl.

NOTES:
- Products from one order cannot be packaged separately.

- Gift packaging is not provided for oversized products (not suitable for any of the available packaging formats).

Has my order been confirmed?

After registering your order you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. You can also find your purchase history in your Japanstore account under "Order history and details".

NOTE: if you do not receive an email from us, please check first that you have entered your email address correctly when you placed your order. Then check the SPAM or OFFERS tab of your email.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Shipping takes place within 2-4 business days after the payment is credited to our PayPal account. Sometimes the time may be longer due to a large number of orders, waiting for the product from the manufacturer, or holidays.

My order has been confirmed. Can I change my delivery address?

In order to ensure the shortest possible delivery time for your order, it is not possible to change the delivery address once it has been prepared in our warehouse.

I want to change/cancel an order. How can I do it?

In order to ensure the shortest possible delivery time, it is impossible to cancel or change an order once it has already been confirmed.

No worries! You have a 14-day cancellation period once you receive your package, and you can return all or part of your order. For more information write to us.

My order was cancelled due to lack of product availability. Why?

We're sorry about the lack of stock! There may be a slight delay between registering your order and updating our inventory. Rest assured that your money will be returned to your account!

You have not received any information about your order?

You can track your order in "My Account" under the heading "Order History and Details".

If your order has been lost, please contact us to initiate a complaint procedure.

Please note that you will not be able to file a claim if you selected "Economy" shipment without insurance and without a tracking number.
